TruMerit requires a self-declaration of all registered nursing licenses held within the last 10 years of application to TruMerit, even if you have not worked in that country/jurisdiction. At least one license/registration must be active at the time of application to TruMerit. Verifications of all nursing licenses held within the last 10 years will be required to be submitted directly to TruMerit by the authorities that issued the registration/license.
